Shipping Policy

Last updated: May 5, 2026. Physical Delivery is the only path by which anything tangible leaves RipVault. This page covers the ground rules.

1. What Physical Delivery is (and isn’t)

Physical Delivery is an optional fulfillment service: you request a physical card matching one of the digital cards in your vault, and we ship it to the address saved in your profile. It is not a cash withdrawal and not redemption of anything for money. No cash leaves RipVault as part of Physical Delivery.

See Terms §8 for the binding contractual version of these rules.

2. Fees

Every shipment has two potential charges. The exact total for your selection is always shown in the confirm dialog before you click through — no hidden fees.

2a. Handling fee

  • 500 coins per shipment, debited from your wallet when you queue the shipment.
  • Up to 20 cards per shipment. If you select more than 20 cards, we automatically split the order across multiple shipments. Each shipment carries its own 500-coin handling fee.

2b. Price-lock window (48 hours from pull)

When you pull a card, the market price at that moment becomes the card’s “pull price.” That number is what shipping and sell-back are priced against:

  • Ship within 48 hours of pulling: no extra charge beyond handling.
  • Ship after 48 hours: if the market has gone up since you pulled, you pay the difference (current price − pull price) on top of the handling fee. If the market has gone down or stayed flat, there is no extra charge.
  • Sell-back is always priced against the original pull price, even if the market has moved up or down. So if you pulled a card at 10,000 coins and decide to sell it back six months later, the tier rate applies to that 10,000-coin pull price, not to whatever the market says today.

2c. Not enough coins

  • If your wallet doesn’t cover the full total (handling fees for all shipments plus any post-grace price difference), the request is rejected and nothing is debited. Top up on the wallet page, or sell back some cards first, and try again.
  • All fees are non-refundable once a shipment is queued.

3. Eligibility

  • Only cards currently in your vault are eligible. Cards already sold back, already shipped, or in transit are not eligible.
  • You must have a valid, deliverable shipping address saved in Settings.
  • Currently United States shipping only. International addresses, APO/FPO, and PO boxes are not supported today.

4. Timing

  • Queued → packed: typically 2–7 business days, depending on card rarity and availability.
  • Packed → delivered: typically 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS Ground.
  • High-value cards ship in a rigid top-loader inside a bubble mailer; very-high-value cards ship tracked and insured by default.

5. Tracking

Tracking appears in your shipping queue as soon as your carrier label is generated. You’ll see the carrier, tracking number, estimated delivery, ship date, and delivery date as each step lands.

6. Failed deliveries, wrong addresses, and returns

  • If a package is returned to us because the address on your profile was wrong or outdated, we’ll email you. A re-ship requires a fresh 500-coin handling fee.
  • If the carrier marks a package delivered but you didn’t receive it, file a claim with the carrier first, then contact us. We’ll work with you but generally can’t re-ship without a carrier claim result.
  • Address changes that happen after a shipment is queued may or may not be possible to apply. Contact support immediately.

7. Damage in transit

Report any transit damage within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@ripvault.gg with photos of the package, the top-loader, and the card. We evaluate claims individually and may re-source and re-ship, refund the sell-back coin value of the card, or reverse the shipment (restoring the digital card to your collection and refunding the handling fee).

8. Cancellations

Once a shipment is queued you can’t cancel it. If you queued the wrong card, contact support within a few minutes of placing the request and we’ll try to intercept before sourcing begins; no guarantees.
